Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and tags are intact and included.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
